YES! We are excited to offer HANDS FREE access to your belongings through a partnership with Storage Genie. In addition, you can access your account and make a payment from anywhere!! The Storage Genie app promises to give you secure access to our property, make payments, track your onsite activity, and contact us all from your mobile phone!
Check your home or renter’s insurance to see if you are already covered for storage. If not, ask us about our Tenant Protection Plans.
To offer the best security for your treasures, we require all tenants use our Maximum Security, solid brass/chrome plated, anti-pick, tubular locks. A $25 deposit is required at the time of renting but we happily return the $25 with the return of the lock and keys at move-out. If renting after hours, our team will contact you to schedule a time to verify ID and pick up your maximum security lock.
You’ll be able to access your unit daily between 6 am and 10 pm. After-hours access is available for an additional fee, so please speak with our team for details.

We promise a 12-month no increase policy and will do our best to not increase your rent for the life of your lease agreement.
